Palletizing is an application of loading and unloading cases, cartons, bags, bottles, boxes or other items to or from pallets. Pallet pattern flexibility, tooling flexibility and cycle time are three major challenges of automated palletizing in today’s industry.
We offer two type of automated palletizing. First type - Robotic palletizing is becoming more popular and more affordable, and second type conventional palletizer are also widely use including: bag palletizer, case palletizer and gantry crane palletizer. Our engineers are experts in automating palletizing operations using both robotic and conventional palletizer system.
Both conventional palletizers and robotic palletizers are used to automated the pallet building (palletizing) process in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing facility. Depending upon the palletizer, many different technologies cluld be employed to help you make the perfect pallet. Pallets can be built using everyting from plastic belt conveyor with rollers that skew the product into place to customized end of arm tools for robot. Additionally, new technologies are emerging to help you build pallets full of mixes cases or products such as Logistic Solution robotic ASRS and mobile robot.
