HaiPick System 2

The HaiPick System 2 is comprised of ACRs, AMRs, HaiQ Software platform and HaiStation multifunctional workstations. With excellent compatibility, high storage density, efficiency and flexibility, the systems allow for the storage of goods of  varying sizes in a single storage area and revolutionizes one-stop goods-to-person picking processes for customers.

HaiCharging Station

The Charging Station is a DC charging product that is developed by Hai Robotics independently. It is designed for the intelligent charging of HaiPick series robots. It features a user-friendly display screen that displays machine status, including plug-in connection, charging, and communication. The charging station provides various interfaces and functions and is easy to use. Through the Ethernet port, a management system can monitor the charging status between the station and a robot remotely. This charging product integrates multiple protection mechanisms to provide safe and reliable DC charging services.

AI Algorithm Platform

As the intelligent brain of the HAI Q system, the AI Algorithm Platform is responsible for the analysis, computation and decision-making of various systematic scenarios. HaiPort-powered Workstation

HaiPort-powered workstation is an automatic loading and unloading machine. It is composed of HaiPort, conveyor, visual Kanban, put wall, pick to light system, and can easily dock with HaiPick ACR to automatically unload, transport, and load cases from the robot's storage tray, optimizing inbound and outbound processes.

 

The workstation enables more efficient loading and unloading of cases. It can load 8 cases in 3 seconds and unload 8 cases in 5 seconds, which significantly increases HaiPick ACR's efficiency.

 

Its modular design, flexibility, and easy transport capabilities support rapid increase/decrease of equipment, meeting high efficiency and low cost requirements. HaiPick A3

With up to 5.5m(18 feet) picking height, the A3 series provides high utilization of storage space. Adaptable to manufacturing operations, the series can store, pick and move goods of different shapes such as tires, trays and foam boxes. Our autonomous warehouse robots are also suitable for dust-free requirements, handling goods such as PCBs.
